CLASS TYPES:

Upcoming for the Fall.

Mellow Morning yoga class is a mat class with a slower pace and less demanding poses than the Every Body Yoga class.

Chair Yoga class is suitable for people recovering from or living with the consequences of an injury, chronic condition, or people with limited flexibility or strength. The chair serves as a great prop for enabling a yoga practice.  The class includes both sitting and standing poses.

Every Body Yoga class gives opportunities to do more or to do less in any given class to tailor it to your specific practice needs and abilities. For many poses, options are offered for less rigour or more, options to do a flow or take a resting pose, and options to move and breathe at a slower or faster pace, as it suits your body.

These are Hatha yoga classes with a strong influence from Akhanda Yoga. In Akhanda Yoga, each class sequences chanting, asana, breathwork (pranayama), and meditation with an interlay of yoga science and anatomy.

REGISTRATION:

Additionally, you are kindly requested to fill out a health questionnaire and agree to a waiver of release. If you have done so in the last 2 years and your health and fitness have not changed in any significant way, this is not required.
